World Vision of New Zealand is committed to protecting your privacy.
We want to provide a safe and secure experience on our website. The
information you provide remains private and is only used for the purposes
outlined below. The identity of anyone who contacts us through this
website is kept confidential to World Vision of New Zealand. We don't
rent, sell or exchange our contact lists.
Our site uses security encrypted response forms when financial details
are required. The security we use between your browser and our website
is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). To confirm that your browser supports
SSL security, you should see a yellow solid key on a blue background
(Netscape), or a yellow padlock (Netscape or Internet Explorer).
From these willingly submitted forms, we collect:
 Contact information
(e.g. e-mail addresses).
Contact information is used to process donations,
provide receipts, send information about World Vision, and to get in touch
with our supporters from time to time.
Unique identifiers
(e.g. World Vision supporter numbers).
These are collected from website
visitors to assist in matching your current details with our records.
Financial information
(e.g. credit card numbers).
This is used to process the donation that has been made.
Our online surveys may ask for contact information (i.e. email addresses)
as well as some demographic questions. We may use these details to send
out information about World Vision, or to contact supporters when necessary.
World Vision will send you communications that we feel are appropriate
to the nature of your relationship with us. For example, if you sponsor
a child, you will receive updates about the work being done in that
child's community. If you make a donation to a relief appeal, you
will receive information about future relief appeals.
If at any stage you feel that you are receiving communications from
us that you do not want, please call us on 0800 800 776 and let us
know. Alternately you can email World Vision at nzcs@worldvision.org.nz.
We do not wish to send communications to you that you do not want
to receive!
